uPVC Bay Windows 
The bay window is a classic design, and it is obviously important that a replacement bay windows remains in keeping with your property. There are many different options for your bay windows, from golden oak with Georgian bars, to leaded fanlights or even just a simple white frame. You could also replace your bow windows with a number of similar options. 
 
Not only this but, you could choose to replace your normal casement style window to a bow style window. A “flat to bow conversion” offers a great feeling of spaciousness inside, whilst giving the outside a stunning and yet subtly different appearance.  
Aluminium Secondary Glazing 
The range of secondary glazing offered by Trade Windows is supplied fully assembled and comprises an aluminium outer frame joined to a hardwood surround which allows for a neat, unobtrusive installation, either face fixed or reveal fixed. 
 
Vertical sliders, with balance, is the most complex type of secondary glazing system. Pretensioned spiral springs conrol the motion of the sash. Tilt in versions can pivoted through almost 180 degrees. 
 
Lift outs, offering an economical and cost effective solution, its most common application is where limited access to the primary window is required, for example a window which has been installed with the sole object of providing light into a room. It is the most basic form of secondary glazing and as its name implies, it simply lifts out of the secured channel. 
 
Horizontal sliders, is undoubttedly the most frequently used type of secondary glazing, generally available in two, three, four pannelled versions. Fitted with brass rollers ensuring the smoothest of sliding actions 
 
Heritage Range, is the most versitile type of secondary glazing, ideally suited to large glazed areas with minimal sightlines. It can be either hung on butt hinges, or concealed stays, and is secured by multipoint locking system. Also available as a tilt and turn option. 
 
All "Linier" upvc windows supplied by us are "A" rated, utilising Planitherm total plus glass with argon filling and warm edge spacer bar giving a u value in excess of current building regulations. 
Tricklevents can be installed to the windows and doors to comply with current ventilation requirements. Egress fire escape and restrictor hinges are commonly fitted to bedroom and first floor windows. 
Tilt and turn windows are also available providing dual opening. This means you can swing the windows right open for full ventilation, or simply tilt them inwards for more gentle ventilation. 
Upvc frame Colours 
All our upvc frames are available in a variety of woodgrain colours. White, Rosewood, Mahogany and Golden Oak are the most widely used, along with the option of having the woodgrain effect on the outside and white inside. More unique colours, such as Red, Green Blue and Black are also an option.
